Export PHP Traces as CSV or JSON: Take a Slow Request Anywhere

You can now download a trace from Atatus PHP APM as a CSV or JSON file, so you can attach a slow request to a ticket, compare traces in a spreadsheet or process them with your own scripts.

Open a trace in a PHP project monitored by the Atatus PHP agent, click Export next to Expand All and Collapse All, and choose Export as CSV or Export as JSON. The file is named after the trace ID.

What the export includes

  • CSV for spreadsheets: One row per layer, with Level, Type, Name, Kind, Start Offset (ms), Duration (ms), Duration (%), Method, URL, Status Code and Query.
  • JSON for scripts: The trace's name, timestamp, duration and request, plus every recorded layer.
  • Queries included: Database layers carry the SQL statement the agent captured, normalized by default, in the Query column, so the slow query travels with the trace.
  • Nothing to set up: Export works on the traces you already collect, with no agent update.
